Hainan Maritime Safety Administration issued a navigation warning on June 18, stating that from June 18 to 20, the vessel "Dejia" will tow the "Nanhai 9" drilling platform from the south side of Hainan Island heading southwest (specific location as shown in the accompanying diagram), with a total towing length of 600 meters and a speed of 4 knots. Please keep clear. It is suspected that Nanhai 9 will enter the Xisha waters for operation. Nanhai 9 is a semi-submersible drilling platform belonging to CNOOC.
