From June 18 to 20, The tugboat "De Zhao" will tow the "Nanhai No. 9" drilling platform from the south side of Hainan Island to the southwest (specific location as shown in the attached map). The total length of the tow is 600 meters, and the speed is 4 knots. Please give way. It is suspected that Nanhai No. 9 will operate in the Xisha Islands waters. Nanhai No. 9 is a semi-submersible drilling platform of CNOOC.
