Yangtze River Shipbuilding receives orders for 19 new vessels

Yangzijiang Shipbuilding ( Location Comments News ) Recently acquired 6 vessels 208000DWT type of ultra-large ore carrier ( Ship type Shipyard Buying and selling (VLOC) order.
The group recently announced the signing of 4+2 vessels 20.8 10,000-ton class VLOC construction contract. However, the shipowner and the price of the new ship were not disclosed. However, according to industry sources, the price of each new ship is approximately 5500 million US dollars, and the shipowner is Oldendorff Carriers Company.
In addition to this new construction contract, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding recently signed 13 vessels of optional orders for formal construction and effective contracts. Including Seaspan Company's order for 5 vessels 10000TEU type of ultra-large container ship ( Ship type Shipyard Buying and selling )、8 vessels 82000DWT type of bulk carrier ( Ship type Shipyard Buying and selling ) This 13 vessels order and the newly signed 4 vessels VLOC total value of the order 8.71 US dollars, and these 17 vessels will be delivered in 2015-16 year.
In addition, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding currently has 13.6 US dollars of 28 vessels ( 8.5 million US dollars 11 container ships, 5.1 US dollars 17 bulk carriers) optional orders.
