My company designed and manufactured a Φ52mm hydraulic combination anchor windlass and a 100KN hydraulic mooring winch for Keppel Shipyard.
The relevant technical parameters of YZM52 are as follows:
Anchor windlass section: Anchor chain wheel size is 52mm, Q3 grade; Anchor chain wheel rated pull is 129KN; Anchor chain wheel overload pull is 193KN; Anchor chain wheel static braking support force is 950KN;
Mooring winch section: The rope capacity of the storage drum is 190 meters, 6 layers; The rope capacity of the working drum is 18 meters, 1 layer; The rated pull of the working drum is 100KN, speed is 0-12m/min; The static braking support force of the drum is 360KN; The diameter of the wire rope drum is 500mm; The rated pull of the wire rope drum is 100KN, speed is 0-12m/min (stepless speed regulation).
