Our company designed and manufactured 2 HBM26 hydraulic combination anchor machines for the client.
Relevant parameters: Anchor chain section----diameter 26mm, rated load 28.73KN, rated speed greater than or equal to 9m/min
Drum section----rated load 100KN, rated speed 15m/min, light load speed 45m/min, rope diameter 68mm, supports load 1500KN
The anchor chain wheel's clutch and brake are manually controlled (side control); the drum's clutch and brake are controlled by hydraulic cylinders (spring brake, hydraulically opened), with a manual emergency operation function, and are equipped with status display detection switches, enabling both side and remote control.
